I’m Tanja Puhar, the founder of H.ROOM, and I’m glad you’re here.

The business world is my natural environment. Growing up with a family business has evolved into a life with companies and entrepreneurial teams. I’ve always understood the importance of connecting fields of business and sciences and connecting them in my work and experience.

What I bring to the table is 15 years of experience. I’d need to write an entire book to cover my career path. Once we create our projects, we can flip through it together. Let me just say that I’m an HR expert with 15 years of experience. I’ve worked in various industry sectors of the corporate environment as a director and strategic business partner for a total of 10 years. I have very practical operational experience as well as strategic corporate business experience. I have expertise in work at all hierarchical levels of large and small companies. I’m well aware how important a component time is, what structured work brings, how indispensable properly recorded and executed steps in HR processes really are.

I build connections. The economy cannot do without HR support, and clear numerical objectives in ledgers can only become a success story when they get connected to the values, an insight into an employee, partner, another human being. Because I know no one can get to the top by themselves, I would love to listen to you before starting to speak myself.

I’ve been involved in ongoing and successful HR projects. In 15 years of work in the field of HR with multidisciplinary teams, we’ve implemented innovative projects that still support the operations of companies and are among the most innovative HR solutions. I build connections and see the whole picture. HR processes work if they’re interconnected. Today's HR management is a hybrid of IT, marketing, controlling, and the main co-driver of the company’s senior management. I have the knowledge to build and refine these connections – with you.

I look at things differently and unconventionally. I don’t place my work in the spotlight. Rather, I discover fields on the chessboard of business, where my knowledge, consulting, mentoring and partnership can give you my best and set you apart from others. In doing so, I’m convinced that there are two parts of the same business that need to be combined: the human side and the side of measurable success.

I always see a Person. I am an enthusiast of life and a lover of nature. A fighter against the average, an advocate of common sense and high ethical principles. I believe that the human body and mind are a huge asset and need care. I’m always looking for something new or yet undiscovered, for example I climb a 6,000-metre mountain, I jump from a height of 3,500m, or I hug my son for the first time in the embrace of our warm home. At a time when dynamic ideas, business, profit-seeking are facing uncertainty, new challenges and overnight changes, I believe now more than even that we need even higher awareness and that we’re in a phase of unlearning, transformation and good business opportunities.
